We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services tailored to your specific needs. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning. We will gladly address your concerns and offer a free re-cleaning of the affected area.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Cancellations: If you cancel your cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.
- Missed Appointments: If our team fails to show up for a scheduled cleaning without prior notice, you may request a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
- Unresolved Issues: If re-cleaning does not meet your expectations and the issue remains unresolved, you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- Initial Consultation Fees: Any fees associated with consultations or assessments are non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Date of the service
- A detailed description of your concern
Refund requests will be reviewed within 24 hours and eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.

- Issues reported more than 24 hours after the cleaning service.
- Damage or issues caused by pre-existing conditions in the property.
