Will my credit card be charged at the time of booking?

You don’t have to be home during the cleaning, but you're welcome to stay if you prefer. If you won’t be home, please provide a key or access code for entry.

We believe that it’s very important to always send the same cleaner and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is unavailable, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our residential cleaners undergo Training to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent.

Generally, we send only one cleaner per home, but depending on the size and condition, we could schedule two cleaners if needed.

To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) to avoid fees. Cancellations made with less notice or if the cleaner cannot access the home will incur a $50 fee. 

Yes, all of our cleaners undergo thorough background checks to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

We bring supplies and equipment needed however, if you prefer the cleaner to use a certain product please let us know at the time of booking.

An extended service fee applies if the cleaning exceeds the time allotted in your confirmation. If additional time is needed, we will notify you for approval to proceed. Extra hours are billed at $65.00 per hour and will be added to your invoice.

Absolutely! If you're not 100% satisfied with our service, we'll make it right as quickly as possible. We’ll return for a re-clean, but you must contact us within 24 hours. If you’re still not satisfied after the re-clean, we offer a 10% refund.

Yes, we love pets! We understand that they’re part of the family and will ensure they’re treated with care. . For the safety of both your pets and our cleaners, please ensure all pets are secured before our arrival. We do charge a $25.00 fee for pet hair removal.

For the best results, please have your home as empty as possible before cleaning. We cannot thoroughly clean cabinets, closets, or the refrigerator/freezer if they are not emptied.
