No, your credit card will be validated, but no funds will be pre-authorized on the account until after the services has been completed and sign off on by the owner.

There will be a $7.00 charge to book an appointment over the phone. This will be a separate charge on your credit card for the booking. (The charge doesn’t go toward your services)

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean. Please note, you must contact us within 24hrs for re-cleaning. If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a 50% refund within 24- 48 hrs.

Our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. Secondly credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 48 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner. If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 20% of that cleaning’s cost will be charged.

The extended service fee will be applied if the job lasts longer than your allotted time which is located on your confirmation page. We will notify the client to see if they want to continue at which time a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to your total.

If you have special request, you will specify the request at the time of booking. The cleaner will know this request before the service appointment begins.

We bring our own cleaning supplies, however if you prefer us to use a certain product please let us know at the time of booking.

You’ll want to have your house/apartment be as empty as possible so we can clean all areas of your home thoroughly. Not having cabinets and closets emptied will prevent us from touching all areas.
