Willette was very professional from the beginning until the very end. What stands out to me is how seamless the process is, from booking your cleaning to the invoices - detail is everything to Willette! I have a loft that needed a deep cleaning and she went above and beyond to ensure that every crack and crevice was cleaned. I also have high ceilings, so getting those hard to reach places was my focus. Willette was receptive to feedback and also had a wonderful attitude throughout the entire experience. I will be booking Fresh Start Cleanings for my bi-weekly cleaning services. Thank you!

Willette was quick to respond to my original inquiry and able to get in me on the schedule fast. She arrived at my home on time and was extremely professional. While working at my home Willette was very thorough and did a great job. I will definitely hire her again!

The whole experience was great.Willette understood my needs and accomplished all of them! I needed a full clean before moving in to my new apartment and a clean out for my old apartment. Nothing like coming to a clean space in the chaos of a moving process and seeing your apartment look and smell so great.
